She is acknowledged internationally for delivering programs in a way that leaves every delegate being able to immediately implement the skills and tools learned. A certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Mary’s background includes military service in the Air National Guard, where she designed cyclical training for the Command Post. Successfully completing that mission, Mary received a Presidential Commission as a Medical Services Corp (MSC) Officer to design and execute medical logistics. Having won several medals for excellence, she then completed a 4 year active duty tour at the Pentagon, including creating a nationwide Air Force and DOD assessment from the Malcolm Baldrige criteria for US Organizational Excellence, for which she was awarded a Meritorious Service medal of excellence.
Mary was recruited by GE directly from her active duty at the Pentagon to be an instructional technologist where she designed and taught curriculum for the Risk Management Leadership Program. During the Risk assignment, Mary became one of GE Capital’s first Certified Master Black Belts. After risk management, Mary designed curriculum and taught six sigma and various organizational development classes for GE Capital’s Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence (CLOE). From CLOE, Mary was recruited as one of the founding members of Commercial Finance Access GE where she has solved challenges and brought GE expertise to thousands of GE customers worldwide.
Mary has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level in private, public, healthcare, financial and military institutions. She holds two Masters Degrees Magna Cum Laude in Education and Science Education and abd PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University. As a life long learner, Mary continues adding expertise to her repertoire each year.

Heather is currently enjoying working as a business consultant and adjunct professor. The road to her dream has been a long and winding one. Along the way she obtained her law degree and gained business experience in diverse industries.
Heather is a valued member of Mary Romeo & Associates bringing with a her a wealth of knowledge. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics and business management from Purdue University. While working full time, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. She understands the balance of structured education and practical application.
Heather has had the privilege of working in various industries including, state government, telecom, healthcare, legal consulting, business consulting, and education. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a skilled communicator with the ability to amicably resolve conflicts.
Heather is a seasoned business professional with over of 15 years of management experience. She is equipped with an improvement toolbox including Six Sigma, Lean, MBTI, Change Acceleration Process, and Conflict resolution. As a Six Sigma Black belt, she successfully led teams through big and small changes to bring about necessary improvements. She recognizes and develops the talents of her team by engaging them to reach their full potential.
Heather has successfully created and managed training programs for existing employees and new hires. She has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She believes education opens doors. Her own education has enriched her life and world view by bringing her to various industries in different locations. Her desire is it to be a steward in her community.
Michael is a part time consultant and retired GE executive. He has a 30+ year track record of success driving top & bottom-line growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across three GE divisions and multiple external customer locations.
Michael is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and instructor. As an experienced operator and effective leader, Michael has been recognized as a ‘GE Rockstar’. He has a proven ability to lead and build the capabilities of high performing, diverse teams, while delivering results with integrity over multiple decades.
Michael has been recognized as a ‘GE Instigator’ for creating positive change in a positive way while challenging the status quo. Michael has delivered customer EBITDA savings approaching $100MM while cross-selling more than $1.2B in GE Volume.
Michael holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Systems from Penn State University. He also has extensive experience in marketing as a former Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Managing Director.
